Returns and Exchanges

All the products at Sygnal are made to order and are specially crafted for you with care, thus every product is unique. We stand behind the quality of the products on the website, and we will help you with the exchange if you are not convinced with the product.

Exchange will be done only in the following cases:
  • Genuine sizing issues from the order, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. 
  • Genuine quality issues of the product. By genuine we mean bad workmanship or defective materials only.
  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order
Refunds will be done only in the following cases:
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for size replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions
Our shipments are carefully inspected before being shipped to you, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
  • To initiate the exchange within the first 5 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for size replacement.
  • Goods will be exchanged only if they are returned in their original packaging with original invoices and tags, if any. The package should reach us within the first 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. 
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable.
  • To exchange an item, the customer must write to us at admin@getsygnal.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. In case of any queries, the customer may call on our customer care number +91 91103 10726 which remains open Monday to Friday, between 11 am to 6 pm (IST).
  • In case of any return/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Sygnal may issue store credits against the shipping charges.
  • Sharing tracking details of the product sent for exchange is mandatory. Unidentified exchanges may be returned to the sender.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the website https://www.getsygnal.com ("Website"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Policy.

Dispatch Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an order on the Website, customers will receive an automated email acknowledging the order and providing the expected dispatch date. This email serves as confirmation of the order placement.

Shipping Notification: Upon dispatch of the ordered products, customers will receive a subsequent email providing details such as the courier's name and the Airway Bill number associated with the shipment. This notification is intended to keep customers informed about the progress of their order and to facilitate tracking.

Order Fulfillment: In the event that an ordered product cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified via email within 48 hours of order placement. This notification will include relevant details regarding the unavailability of the product. In such cases, the order will be refunded to the customer within 48 hours of the intimation.

Modification of Orders: Requests for modifications to orders, such as changes to shipping address or product quantities, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team promptly to explore possible modifications.

Shipping Limitations: At present, www.getsygnal.com only ships to locations within India Only. Customers residing outside India are advised to contact customer support for further assistance.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, the weight of the order, and the selected shipping method. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Dispatch Dates: The estimated dispatch dates are provided for reference purposes and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier services, customs procedures, and unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver products within the stipulated timeframe and appreciate your understanding in cases of unexpected delays. Orders will be dispatched within 10 days from the date of order.
